I purchased a Mercedes-GLA 250 and later discovered concealed damage to an air nozzle that was hidden with silver spray. Management- Aaron Wilson, ignored my request to address the issue, showing a complete lack of professionalism and accountability.

Honestly, the best part about this dealership is the finance department. John was efficient and great—he worked with me a lot to get approved, and I’m grateful for that. However, everything after that has not been great. I bought a car about a month ago, on November 11th. During the test drive, the battery was dead, and so was the key fob battery. This is, without a doubt, the worst dealership I’ve ever purchased from. Bought a car and on the very first day, driving less than 30 miles, had a check engine light. Fought for multiple months to have it repaired only for them to tell me I should have bought an extended warranty. I called their warranty company and was told they would NEVER have covered it as it appears the dealer was hiding a problem. This company will lie to you and not provide any support after purchase. I bought a 2010 Cadillac CTS from them. I asked multiple people if the car had any issues, specifically regarding timing chain problems. I was promised it didn’t. I buy the car and drive it home and check engine light is on after 30 miles. 4-13-24 Bought a 2018 Infinit Q50 Sport for $28,000. Had a welded subframe and cracked trans case/front differential. Car fax showed no accident. Indy Wholesale Direct direct said they inspected the vehicle but would not make any repairs. Would never recommend buying from this dealership.

Where to start, bought a low mileage 2010 honda element for just under 18,000 which is about 5,000 over blue book value but low mileage meant a lot to me. Car was delivered late due to one issue after the next. I am so disappointed , dissatisfied, and already had to take to shop for repairs, exhaust/muffler. Not happy at all, now check engine light is on and it feels like the motor is still running when I turn the vehicle off. UNBELIEVABLE

This place is all about making a sell and that is. I highly recommend you don't buy from them. Took one car on test drive and shifted hard. Was told the warranty would cover it. Then test drove another car. Keep in mind they keep in the city so really can't test drive it good. So I purchased the second car I test drove. Drove it home on the interstate and rode like a log wagon. Took it to my mechanic he found it had a small oil leak from a gasket. Three bent rims and two bad tires.
