Bought a 2013 focus ST. Problems right off the bat. Only had 1 windshield whiper and in taking responsibility i didnt check the whipers until on my way home and seen it. The salesman had the equipment for it in the bacm seat and it looked like he just shoved it under the seat because i found it when i got home. If I could give no stars I would. If I had money to legally go after them I would. Purchased a 2019 with 52k miles on 12/13 car has had issues starting since purchasing has already been in the shop once and headed back again tomorrow. Their service dept did the first warranty claim yet the issues still persist overly hard start with gas smell and leak everytime after sitting overnight. Auto start doesn't work. They don’t tell the truth about the cars. They are not honest. Look nice but Junk.
In my opinion being in the collision repair business. Wholesale Direct was asking a ridiculous amount of money for a twenty year old vehicle. They are trying to rip off people with little or no knowledge of cars and their true value!
Had a 3pm appointment on Saturday, 9/9. Got there at 3pm after an hour drive and was told someone walked in with no appointment and bought the car 30 min before I got there.

It’s just my opinion. But I wouldn’t buy a car here. I bought a car on July 1 and it needed a motor mount so I had to bring it back in two weeks for them to fix it. And they agreed to fix the bumper because it was loose. By the time my appointment got there to fix the motor mount, the trac and ABS lights on my dash came on. Average buying experience. Car was wrecked and total in an accident 5 months after purchase. I bought there 3year/36,000 mile warranty for $2,500 thats refundable. I asked for a refund of my warranty before labor day weekend and its july and still aint got my refund back. This place is a complete rip off they will promise you a arm and leg. For the repair of your vehicle from them upon you’re purchasing. They have a old sales tactic that try’s to keep you their upon hours, to mentally drain you, they also have you upon finishing the last page or last few pages on you’re contract leave a good review for them on google. Ok, it’s a long story but worth reading if considering buying from this place. So I bought a 2010 Nissan pathfinder from this place last year and part of the agreement of buying the car they said they would fix a few things that were wrong when I test drove it. Most were small issues but the main thing wrong was the A/C was blowing warm air. I live in Fort Wayne mind you so I had to bring it to Indy for them to fix the a.c.
