by far the most expensive service (oil change/tire rotation) I have had done at any Infiniti dealer, even with a $20 coupon applied
I asked to check why my car was over heating and they said it was some hoses so I pay the fee they gave me but it still over heated and I even asked the guy that took my payment that's it there should be no more overheating and he brushed me aside as if saying (yeah yeah get out of my service area)
Good service but the customer service employees were not as welcoming as I would expect. The service on my car was ok . Just felt the salutations were lacking. The greetings felt cold. I've bought many cars (new and resale ) and visited as many or more auto dealerships. I know it's a business as such but how much does it take for a warm greeting. Just my opinion. Clark
The vehicle I was interested in suddenly had a price Increase. According to the dealer this was due to market conditions. Like magic, once the price when up..the vehicle sold with 1-2 days. Sleazy tactics.
The reason I took the car in was not resolved and work they stated i needed over the phone was not in the report they provided. I've called for Brian and manager Chris Rickey (not sure if spelling) to no avail. It's been nearly 2 weeks and no call back even after leaving more messages today. I feel not serviced properly or as I would expect from this dealership. Very disappointing.
Went in for my 6 month zaktek paint protection warranty and oil change, I brought the car in freshly washed and clean. Got the car back with dirt foot prints on drivers side with dirt on floorboards and greasy fingerprints on interior that I had to clean off.. The car was never washed after not even sure if the paint protection was applied.
I had a drive belt replaced by Infiniti of Peoria. 2 weeks later my pulley went out an the bolt came off. I took it back for them to fix and they wanted to charge me over $1500. When my drive belt was under warranty.

Paid $1,800 for a $87 part! Will never go back. Wow.

I realize a business needs to make a profit, but Infinity's markup on parts is ridiculous. I recently was charged $495 (just for the part) for a window motor that costs $50.
Business response:
