Kiefer was very polite and respectful and had a lot of knowledge about the vehicle. I was interested in the only problem I'm having is that I was promised paperwork for the car warranty that is still left on the vehicle and I never received the paperwork and Hyundai is not answering me either so if there's someway that somebody can send me some paperwork or a card or something that I can use if I needed service, I would really appreciate it Thank you Loreen Kollmorgen

I think Issac did what he could but seems they are lacking enough trained technicians that specialize in what was going on with my Air Conditioning. No fault to Issac he did his best to take care of my needs. I Truely think they just need to find more help to handle the load of work. I brought back my car on several occasions and they had the car long enough to figure things out but the AC kept failing.
