The vehicle was very nice, but I discovered a small problem while test driving it. The power adjustable brake & gas pedals didn't work properly - they we're stuck at the top of the range, which was a real problem for me since I'm tall & need them at the bottom of the range, making the vehicle both uncomfortable AND unsafe for me to drive. The salesman, the sales manager and I had worked out a deal that was contingent upon the adjustable pedals being repaired. I spoke with Noah yesterday morning and had arranged a 12:00 appointment to address a few issues with my Highlander. Upon arriving at 11:50 I noticed Noah in a meeting with someone else. A lovely young lady offered to help me with the navigation system in my Highlander. She and I were not successful in our attempt. She recruited Kincaid and he successfully got the navigation system working, addressed the kick to open the back cargo door, paired my phone, set up the navigation dashboard.
