The service agent was good but at the end of the service bc it was closing time and they washed the car and didn't dry it off and they didn't vacuum the front. Not good service

The service advisor Andy Morgan is an unfavorable representative for the company. He never greeted me after I was checked in and after 2 hours I had to ask who was service advisor & when would be over to give an update on my vehicle. After telling another advisor he sent me an email he decided to grace me with his presence. I hope he will learn custom service skills soon. I purchased my car there but I will not be back. Mechanic missed a problem with my vehicle. instead he replaced parts that did not need replacing.It costs me $$$ .to have the repairs done elsewhere.

kept me there for over 3 hours for an an oil change and a tire rotation... Had an appointment for 11:00 am and left at 2:10..really sad

My car was making horrible noises and not breaking properly. I took it in at 8am and didn't hear anything all day. I called at 3 and they had not even taken my car back. They called me back 10 minutes later and told me they couldn't replicate the issue and retuned my car to me. This was a joke and I have never felt so dismissed. I will never return here and will not buy an Infiniti again.
