Service team is A+ I'm on my third Infiniti, and I won't bring it anywhere else to be serviced. For years I worked with Shelby Clark, who is one of the kindest people you will ever meet. He's very personable and takes the time to make sure you are leaving there happier than you came. The past few months I have been working with Brian Love. First time lease Everyone was very friendly, outgoing, and willing to answer any questions I had about the vehicle, the leasing process, and anything else. Very attentive and it's obvious they ate interested in making sure you're happy when you leave.
LOVE MY CAR!!! I've been looking at Infiniti's for a few months, and was drawn to the Camelback location. the sales team stopped me immediately while I was driving through the lot, to see if I needed help. Awesome Great experience from start to finish. We had a little issue but it was corrected promptly and without much hassle. We have purchased 7 cars from them as a family and we recommend them to everyone.
New lease I had a very easy experience leasing my car. We did a few emails prior to my visit then I came in and left an hour later with the exact car. Later someone came to my house to make sure I know how to work all the great features. Thanks
