Easy to do business with and great follow up Was able to negotiate a great and fair deal via email, phone and text with Jackie. Did it have to do some minimal renegotiating to have them honor the deal that I thought we agreed to on the phone, but I can chalk that up to some miscommunication instead of trying to pull a fast one.
