Easy to do business with and great follow up Was able to negotiate a great and fair deal via email, phone and text with Jackie. Did it have to do some minimal renegotiating to have them honor the deal that I thought we agreed to on the phone, but I can chalk that up to some miscommunication instead of trying to pull a fast one. Smooth and Easy Very easy process from the initial call to James to get the car I was looking at to finishing up the financing with Polly to the appointment with Lon to go over all of the technology my new car has to offer. Great experience! We have been thinking about buying a new family vehicle-we decided to come here. After negotiating for our car over the phone, we came in that night and signed the paperwork. Relatively quick and painless process. We set up an appointment with Lon to go over all of the technology our new car has to offer. He is extremely informative and answered all of our questions. Outstanding Experience! My wife and I somewhat randomly wandered into Infiniti of Camelback while research replacement of our Audi Q7. 13 days later we left with a new QX60! The entire experience was first class, from the initial contact (Ken was great--not listed) to the acquisition process, to our in-home very detailed and enlightening review of technology performed by Lon. Hands-down the best experience we have had to-date. We will definitely be coming back for more business!
