Easy to do business with and great follow up Was able to negotiate a great and fair deal via email, phone and text with Jackie. Did it have to do some minimal renegotiating to have them honor the deal that I thought we agreed to on the phone, but I can chalk that up to some miscommunication instead of trying to pull a fast one. Smooth and Easy Very easy process from the initial call to James to get the car I was looking at to finishing up the financing with Polly to the appointment with Lon to go over all of the technology my new car has to offer. All of them were extremely knowledgeable and informative. This experience was as smooth as I could have asked for!!!
Great experience! We have been thinking about buying a new family vehicle-we decided to come here. After negotiating for our car over the phone, we came in that night and signed the paperwork. Relatively quick and painless process. We set up an appointment with Lon to go over all of the technology our new car has to offer. He is extremely informative and answered all of our questions. This experience was as smooth as we could have asked for!!!
Outstanding Experience! My wife and I somewhat randomly wandered into Infiniti of Camelback while research replacement of our Audi Q7. 13 days later we left with a new QX60! The entire experience was first class, from the initial contact (Ken was great--not listed) to the acquisition process, to our in-home very detailed and enlightening review of technology performed by Lon. Hands-down the best experience we have had to-date. We will definitely be coming back for more business!
We drove from SoCal to go to Camelback Infinity The title pretty much says it all. We gladly drove almost 400 miles to gey to good service and car. There is a an Infiniti dealership leas than five miles from where we live, but they don't have Lon Williams. The decision was easy.....
Wonderful Experience This was my third lease with Infiniti on Camelback. Let's face it; everyone dreads the processs of buying or leasing a new car. Not me. Not here. No games. No problems. Smooth easy process. So for the third time I can say that I had a wonderful experience.
Vehicle Purchase and setup I had the best vehicle purchase from the time I stepped into the dealership. The price and options that were discussed were on point and they had me in and out within 1 hour as promised. I can't thank Lon enough for the through explanation of my cars features and he always make himself available if there any followup questions. Ritesha, Polly and Lin made my experience a 10!!!!
