After visiting 3 other Infiniti dealers in the area, I felt most comfortable here. I think the reason as they treated me as a true person verses what i drove up in or what i was wearing at the time. What a great team they have there Brent and Bill are a pleasure to do business with. If i am in the market again for an Infiniti i will definitely be calling them.

When I went into the Dealership I planned on purchasing a particular new automobile. Having never before purchased an Infiniti I had no experience with this dealership. Because the G37 model was recommended to me by a reliable source I sought more information and details about the car. I am in sales and really enjoyed my 1st car purchase at 32 years old. I've never had an experience like this before. I used USAA and spoke to Bill. He and Casey were/are very helpful! I am a Infiniti owner for life! My family will be going to Bill and Casey when they are looking for a car, based on my exceptional experience.

I recently visited Infiniti on Camelback just "looking" to buy a new car. I have been to many dealerships and ended up walking away because I just was not satisfied with the sales team and the care I received. When I walked into IonC I expected to find the same pushy salesmen. The employees listed made the new purchase experience the way it should be, but isn't at very many dealers. It was ideally pleasant, with no hassles, and very nice to work with. I recommend these 3 gentlemen without reservations to Infiniti buyers in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.

The experience of buying a new vehicle could not have been more enjoyable. The dealership provided me with the information that exceeded my previous car buying experience. There was notthe backroom back and forth pricing or sending in another person to try to "close the deal". I felt I received fair market value for my trade in plus a very equitable price on the new vehicle. I purchased the M35S because of the time Brent Harris spent tracking down this vehicle and having it at the dealership at the time he promised for me to test drive it. I had a less than favorable experience at another dealership(not an Infiniti one) and left there and purchased the M. I needed to return at a later date because I was in a rush after purchasing it. Signed up for G37 39months lease. I went to BMW, Audi and Infiniti dealership but had best experience at Infiniti. Brent was nice and polite through out the negotiation and I was able to get the car i wanted at the right price. I had to wait quite a while to close the deal with Finance manager but overall experience was good enough. Great dealership.
