We purchased a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership on 9/30/23. It broke down the next day and had to be towed to a Jeep dealership for repairs. I expected better from Camelback Infiniti. I would not recommend purchasing a car from them. I was assured the vehicle had gone through a strenuous inspection the morning we purchased it. These people told me my lender charged a $3000 fee to take my loan and they rolled it over into the cost of my car. I called my lender and they made it very clear that they don’t charge loan or origination fees. This isn’t my only issue with them so I’m filing a complaint with the Atty General and every other entity that they’re connected with. I’m not playing these games. Make sure you read those contracts because they have some unsavory practices.

I have never in my life had such a bad experience with a dealership. They were rude and smug and that should have been our first reason not to purchase from this dealership. However my son loved this car and I didn't want him to be disappointed as we drove from New Mexico to buy this car on 4/2/23. within 3 days of buying this used 2015 Chrysler 200 it began to leak coolant everywhere. Bad Faith They're just looking to nickle and dime you and even after coming to an agreement, they still played games and sold the car to someone else for an few extra bucks. I'll be sure to let everyone know that Inifinti of Camelback is that exact dealership that you hear horror stories about - the tricks, games, and BS - and that they should be avoided at all costs.

I'm livid. I took my car for simple maintenance, 2 recalls and a battery was installed, so they forgot to plug my fans in and it ran hot and my radiator cracked and blew a head on my engine, so i towed it back up there now everyone wants to give me the call back run around and no calls returned. What should i do anyone. I have no vehicle and i was sleeping in my car due to COVID19.
