I submitted a request through cars.com to see if a particular vehicle was still available. Aaron promptly called me to let me know that it was and I set an appointment to test drive the car. During the call I asked Aaron if the car had a lot of dings/dents and he told me that “an old man who never drove the car just traded it in”. After the phone call I viewed the Carfax on the dealerships website and found it was previously a rental. Poor experience, rude General Manager Poor experience with Luis Becerra at this dealership on may 27, 2019. Rude and dismissive once he knew I was not making a decision that same day. Did a poor job of explaining all of the ridiculous fees, ridiculously high interest rate, and providing an over inflated vehicle cost. Insulting and appeared to be because I was a female.

Made an appointment for a car to find out it was sold. I live quite far away from the dealership. Made an appointment to look at the car at the dealership. The car was sold that morning. The dealership made no effort to update me. I had already driven 2 hours to the dealership only to find out the car I was looking for wasn't there. The salesman that I worked with was Ram Ramnandan. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Awful customer service.

Horrible experience with their sales department Horrible experience. I was pressured by the salesman from literally the minute I walked in (because, as he repeated numerous times, he had to follow "procedure"), and then I briefly dealt with the sales manager who not only low-balled me, according to both KBB and NADA, not me, on my trade offer. Eh Experience I was helped Jacob who is very organized and knowledgable and made the whole process a lot easier than other places. Really great cars....***edit*** be cautious of what they say they're giving, it's not so much giving, as it is upselling at a price not fully disclosed.

Purchase of QX50 From the moment we entered the dealership we were treated with great courtesy. Employees were very knowledgeable and helpful. James and Lon are both patient and not condescending re all of the electronics on the car. Superb service.
