Very "easy" lease experience. Polite sales rep. Did not have to go back and forth to get a reasonable price. Very accomodating. Good, but not pushy follow-up. All people in office, sales and finance very friendly. Final deal as quoted originally promised.

Service department wasn’t able to troubleshoot issue with the used Toyota Corolla they sold my daughter. She had to review the manual and video the example so the Infiniti service tech could see it themselves. Only owned it 2-3 weeks and it’s been sitting at Infiniti almost half of the time. I’m now being told it may have to go to Toyota because Infiniti is unable to fix the issue. Asked for a rental and they can’t guarantee one. Yet we paid extra for an extended warranty. Negotiated defined amount to finish the business. Got negative, thanked for the time and left. Been turned back at the entrance with the handshake and words: “manager agreed, let’s get the deal”. Deal was the defined amount for ALL. Stressing this out for ALL!!! That’s the reason of coming back to finalize the deal. Part of the deal was the downpayment 1000$ from negotiated price (my negotiated price minus 1000$ so the final price HAS TO BE less for 1000$ after downpayment). Don't buy from this dealership. They will tell you anything to make the sale. I was already approved before I came to the dealership to buy a 2020 QX80 but Antonio said he could get me a better rate. So he ran my credit with about 10 other banks which lowered my score. Instead of the 8 percent he promised he got me at a 9.05 percent I was approved for 9.5 percent with my bank. The day before I purchased the 2024 QX50 Sport , the provided a 24 hours test one, saying it was exactly the same. I liked the test, next day I signed the lease, and found out missing things that the test one had. I was livid, the sales and managers are deceiving. Then today I found out I am missing a tool. This dealership reached out to me via Facebook to purchase my truck I had listed on marketplace. Lon Williams and his GM Weston Parker negotiate in bad faith. After agreeing to sell me a used BMW and taking my down payment, they sat on my paperwork and failed to follow up for 4 days. Not sure where to begin with this one. Bought a Pre-Owned vehicle from this dealership November 2023. Will go through the issues in order: 1. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership on Black Friday (2023). During the test drive, I pointed out that the vehicle needed an alignment and on the highway the wheels shook, so they said they would perform an alignment and also balance the tires, that it was not a problem, they would take care of it.
