Don't buy from this dealership. They will tell you anything to make the sale. I was already approved before I came to the dealership to buy a 2020 QX80 but Antonio said he could get me a better rate. So he ran my credit with about 10 other banks which lowered my score. Instead of the 8 percent he promised he got me at a 9.05 percent I was approved for 9.5 percent with my bank. He said if I set up a bank account and do automatic payment they would take off 1 percent, I ask the bank this they didn't know what I was talking abo... read more

The day before I purchased the 2024 QX50 Sport , the provided a 24 hours test one, saying it was exactly the same. I liked the test, next day I signed the lease, and found out missing things that the test one had. I was livid, the sales and managers are deceiving. Then today I found out I am missing a tool. I told the sales person many times I wanted a AWD QX50 with towing capability. This dealer has a bad reputation among their Infinity dealership peers. This dealership reached out to me via Facebook to purchase my truck I had listed on marketplace. I knew I could get more money selling to a private party but was convinced to sell to them because I was told it would be a much easier process. Almost a month later and I still don't have a check from them. I was finally told I could come in today to get a check but left empty handed. Lon Williams and his GM Weston Parker negotiate in bad faith. After agreeing to sell me a used BMW and taking my down payment, they sat on my paperwork and failed to follow up for 4 days. When I called my sales associate and asked to speak with a manager, looking for a reason for the failure to follow up in a timely manner, Lon texted me back saying that they were going to issue me a refund and back out of the deal. Not sure where to begin with this one. Bought a Pre-Owned vehicle from this dealership November 2023. Will go through the issues in order: 1. Left the lot, only to find out there wasn't even enough gas in the tank to get me home. 2. 2 Days later the Wiper Fluid Warning went off, after using them for the first time. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership on Black Friday (2023). During the test drive, I pointed out that the vehicle needed an alignment and on the highway the wheels shook, so they said they would perform an alignment and also balance the tires, that it was not a problem, they would take care of it. I scheduled a service appointment for the next week and purchased the vehicle. When I got to the service department a couple of days later, they did not have me scheduled, but worked me in. We purchased a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership on 9/30/23. It broke down the next day and had to be towed to a Jeep dealership for repairs. I expected better from Camelback Infiniti. I would not recommend purchasing a car from them. I was assured the vehicle had gone through a strenuous inspection the morning we purchased it. We should have seen the red flag, when the car was not there to test drive at the scheduled time. I am wondering how their service department missed the large hole in the radiator hose. These people told me my lender charged a $3000 fee to take my loan and they rolled it over into the cost of my car. I called my lender and they made it very clear that they don’t charge loan or origination fees. This isn’t my only issue with them so I’m filing a complaint with the Atty General and every other entity that they’re connected with. I’m not playing these games. Make sure you read those contracts because they have some unsavory practices.
