Signed up for G37 39months lease. I went to BMW, Audi and Infiniti dealership but had best experience at Infiniti. Brent was nice and polite through out the negotiation and I was able to get the car i wanted at the right price. I had to wait quite a while to close the deal with Finance manager but overall experience was good enough. Great dealership.

My experience with Brent, Richard, BJ and the whole crew was excellent. They treated me with respect, never pushed for a second and were very reasonable in negotiations. I compared their deal with other dealerships in town and each told me they couldn't match, let alone beat the deal Brent worked out for me. I recommend these guys 100% and you can rest assured you'll be treated well.

I enjoyed working with Infiniti on Camelback. Casey Bruce was my salesman and he was knowledgeable and friendly. He stayed in constant contact with me and I felt that he was genuinely interested in helping me find a car. I have recommended this dealership to a few friends and I will check with them first on my next car purchase.

My experience did not start out well, no fault of Brent. Brent and the Manager went out of their way to make it right, worked very hard to find the car I was looking for and to get it to Phoenix when I needed it, my lease was running out on my BMW. I would definetly recommend the dealership.

Very "easy" lease experience. Polite sales rep. Did not have to go back and forth to get a reasonable price. Very accomodating. Good, but not pushy follow-up. All people in office, sales and finance very friendly. Final deal as quoted originally promised.

After three service visits and 100-mile round trips for a bumper issue on my 2023 Infiniti QX60 (under 30k miles), the dealership failed to repair the vehicle. The service manager declined to fix it and redirected me to Infiniti Consumer Affairs. No consideration was given for repeated long-distance visits. I also overheard incentives being offered to other customers in exchange for positive reviews, which raises concerns about the authenticity of dealership ratings.

Service department wasn’t able to troubleshoot issue with the used Toyota Corolla they sold my daughter. She had to review the manual and video the example so the Infiniti service tech could see it themselves. Only owned it 2-3 weeks and it’s been sitting at Infiniti almost half of the time. I’m now being told it may have to go to Toyota because Infiniti is unable to fix the issue. Asked for a rental and they can’t guarantee one. Yet we paid extra for an extended warranty. Negotiated defined amount to finish the business. Got negative, thanked for the time and left. Been turned back at the entrance with the handshake and words: “manager agreed, let’s get the deal”. Deal was the defined amount for ALL. Stressing this out for ALL!!! That’s the reason of coming back to finalize the deal. Part of the deal was the downpayment 1000$ from negotiated price (my negotiated price minus 1000$ so the final price HAS TO BE less for 1000$ after downpayment). Don't buy from this dealership. They will tell you anything to make the sale. I was already approved before I came to the dealership to buy a 2020 QX80 but Antonio said he could get me a better rate. So he ran my credit with about 10 other banks which lowered my score. Instead of the 8 percent he promised he got me at a 9.05 percent I was approved for 9.5 percent with my bank. He said if I set up a bank account and do automatic payment they would take off 1 percent, I ask the bank this they didn't know what I was talking abo... read more
