From start to finish the staff was courteous, professional and responsive. They responded to every question regardless of the hour it was asked. They kept us appraised of every step in the process. I’m glad we chose Infinity.
Everyone at the company is knowledgeable and patient. We had a lot of questions and uncertainty going into switching to solar but we never felt pressured; every question was answered and every concern addressed. Not a single person said they didn't have the answer and send us of to someone else, if they didn't know the answer they would reach out to the correct person and give us the answer or directly transfer the call to that person if we needed a more detailed response. I must say they are very responsive and have been since inception of the solar system. I will give an update in a few weeks to provide a better review once a few quirks are worked out.
From the moment I spoke with the sales person Dana, until the end when they turned me on, I was very pleased with the response time and professionalism I experienced with this company. Everyone was very nice and made sure that they answered all of my questions. The process was pretty quick and the panels look great. Thank you Infinity! :)

Dana in sale was wonderful to work with and Susan who was assigned as my project manager would always return my phone call with any concerns had. Thank you to you both. The time from the installation to when the panels were turned on to generate power took a long time, this might just have been my situation, I know the utility companies can be challenging. The whole process took a good five months.
They did a wonderful job planning and installing my solid panels.
