I am really tired of this company. I have been going back and forth with them for 8 weeks for my deposit back. They keep giving me the run around every time I call. I have waited over the 8 weeks that they say they need to process it and to the point that I want to take legal matters. I have never missed a payment or have never been late so,for them to treat a hard working person like so doesn't make sense.

Absolutely trash of a company to deal with. Crooked slime balls. They should be investigated by the *** for their scam fees and practices.

Upon review of your account, it appears that a delinquent letter was mailed on 2/21/23 requesting $185.12 by 5pm on 3/7/23 to avoid disconnection. Our records indicate that a door notice was placed on 2/28/23 requesting a payment of $185.12 to avoid disconnection by 5pm on 3/7/23. I’m so sick of this company I could scream. First I pay my bill didn’t know I needed to call in and confirm my payment. Water disconnected next day after payment charged 175 to reconnect. Then I get a notice to pay a specific amount which I pay it and then all of a sudden here’s a new past due charge. It explains on the bill no partial payments. How do you pay your bill and then the next 7 days get another notice for nonpayment? I called to see and like always no explanation. Inframark all you do is take customers money and ... read more

I genuinely feel for the staff who have to meet with customer service demands that are not always presented well or with courtesy by community members. I have also seen that the company has an incredibly high turnover rate - at least four people have switched out of the role in the last year, year and a half. However, most recently the staff in the office have begun to reply to community member questions with abrasive and rude comments "Thank you for telling me how to do my job" and have begun replying to a community members... read more

They are a JOKE. Violates a property owners security by taking photos of home without owner approval. I will be making a complaint with constables office. Threaten to fine homeowners because any part of their lawn is browing in the hottest June/July heat we have ever had and when residents are asked to conserve water. Threaten to fine HO because special pickup items are place out at end of driveway the day BEFORE scheduled pickup. As I stated, they are a JOKE and ALL HOA's should pull their business from them.

The Inframark water company is a shame for Seven Meadow, Cinco Ranch, Katy, and Fort Bend County. It has too many absurd hidden fees and overcharges. Their billing policy is not reasonable or not transparent at all. Their monthly bill is the most expensive (at least three times more) I have ever seen in my dozens of years in many states in the United States. This company is not worth this one star that is required to leave with this review. I have gone back and forth with this company since 2017 about the sinking trip hazard in the front of my home, that I have recently learned is the cause of seeping water and corrosion form a pipe that had a slow leak that became a larger leak over the years and was leaking and causing all kinds of havoc, unsettling and dips under the ground on the side that inframark is responsible for. I was verbally assaulted and threatened by an employee. I went to file a compliant they did nothing but address my concerns on the exterior of my place which they did a bad job on purpose. Have been trying to reach someone to file a complaint for weeks now. Worst customer experience I have ever had.
