My wife and I refinanced our vehicle at the beginning of 2024 and the approval process was effortless. When our 20 yr. old daughter was in the market for a new car we went with INOVA to get her preapproved. Unfortunately she hadn't had enough credit history to get a loan on her own, so we set it up with INOVA to become a co signer to help her get some credit established. The only problem I had was trying to get ahold of someone to pay my truck note, but once I do get to talk to a member the experience is great like today, she was very nice and kind and I can tell she had a very good demeanor about her self thank you very much
