Wow is all i can say about my experience in car buying from Tyler Troyer at inova fcu. From start to finish the process was amazing. He was kind courteous and efficient. My wife and I refinanced our vehicle at the beginning of 2024 and the approval process was effortless. When our 20 yr. old daughter was in the market for a new car we went with INOVA to get her preapproved. Unfortunately she hadn't had enough credit history to get a loan on her own, so we set it up with INOVA to become a co signer to help her get some credit established. Amber was extremely helpful and friendly. She provided excellent communication and left out no detail.
The only problem I had was trying to get ahold of someone to pay my truck note, but once I do get to talk to a member the experience is great like today, she was very nice and kind and I can tell she had a very good demeanor about her self thank you very much
