Todd worked from start to finish and let me know what the plan or time table on every step. Todd also listed to me when I said I wanted a face to face. He set up a time that was convenient to both. Todd did explain that he was extremely busy, but took the time. 5stars to Todd. I did speak to a lady in the department several weeks ago and it was more important that I did everything online or on the phone, unfortunately she was too busy to listen while we were talking.
