Once the sales man got the job and the deposit they never called me again which I think is very unprofessional. The installation manager never showed his face at the installation.
We think they all did a very good job. They keep in touch with us,the installation went&looks very good. The men who installed the bow window knew what they were doing& were very courteous! And everyone from office to installers were very courteous! We love the looks&quality of our new bow window! The only thing we did not like is the price! Expensive but all windows installed are expensive. we would tell anyone to use install America! Thank You for the good job.
This company really cares about its customers. They showed us the alternatives and gave us a fair price to do the work. I would recommend them to all.
Install America was the only one who I would choose. Financing did not come through however, I would highly recommend this company over the other two.
Tom at Install America was on time for our inital appointment and has been courtious and informitave. The work has not been started at this time. I have one unanswered message thus far I hope it is not a trend. I will update this when the work is done.
THe Heat Mirror windows are excellent I would recommend them to everyone for energy efficiency. Window quality is also excellent. Make sure they use drop cloths as they are not the best cleaners. Not much communication waiting for the installation.
