Thank you, install America and our salesmen RON DAWSON who helped make the whole process a breeze.(who knew there were that many types of glass.) RON helped us find the correct windows and price for our home, even the mechanics who removed the old windows and installed the new windows were very professional and friendly they left the worksite clean and removed all the debris. Thanks again I'll be calling install America the next time.
The job was pretty good, but the windows were left with a lot of caulking residue, which was very hard to clean off, without using a razor blade. Some caulk was even left on some of the bricks on the outside of the house, which was very difficult to get off.
We used this company and were extremely satisfied with all our contacts with them, from the sales women to the installers themselves. The installers were very professional and devoted to doing a great job. We wanted designs on our siding which were a copy of the cedar siding we originally had and they copied it without any problem.
The whole experience was excellent
Install America was a very professional company to deal with. Their custom windows are beautiful! The installers were neat and left absolutely no mess! Our windows look wonderful! Thanks Install America!!
