My husband visited Integrity Urgent Care for a respiratory illness. He is medically extremely prone to pneumonia, which he clearly communicated during the visit. He requested standard treatment for his symptoms to prevent progression, as advised by his medical history. The provider, APRN Kelly Sandoval, refused to provide treatment only after my husband declined a COVID test. Had an appointment at 11:40 it is now 1:00. Very slow, don’t come in if you have anything the rest of the day.
My son made an appointment online this afternoon there was only 1 time slot available for an appointment, and it was for 7pm tonight. He got there a few minutes early and was told that they don’t accept appointments and to wait in line. That didn’t make sense. He had 2 email appointment confirmations. He was finally called to the back after 2 hours of waiting and the doctor did not do a single diagnostic test on him. Well, your nurse that I saw told me I would get a medication to avoid a yeast infection with my antibiotics And I have called twice now to try and get that medication sent to the pharmacy, and y'all are basically telling me it's getting sent And then never doing it! So I am not happy with this service at all Y'all are liars!
