Came in for the 1st time with a sinus infection that I’ve had for a week now and explained that I have one every spring like clockwork and asked for a sinus cocktail shot and a shot of rocephin, as this always works SO WELL for me every year, instantly. This company advertises self pay rate as $125 for an office visit. I called twice to ensure that was the cost and made an appointment for the next day. After completing all paperwork and signing in they informed me that it would actually be $350 for the office visit. I had to return home and begin a new search for a medical provider and this caused a delay in treatment that I seriously needed (possible concussion included). A heavy tractor hood fell on my hand,boss took me to Integrity "Urgent" Care. I sat in the waiting room for almost two hours, there was nobody else with a painful emergency injury, but I still waited until very last. Never saw a real doctor, just a physician's assistant. No broken bones but he said that I would be in pain for several days or more. My boss said "he's obviously in bad pain, give him something for it!" Don’t go to integrity clinic and expect to be seen. Walk- ins are not allowed like they are advertising! I called and looked here on Facebook to see if they were open and if an appointment was needed. The calling answering message said “walk-ins welcome”, as well as the Facebook business page. I took my son today and was told by the front receptionist that an appointment was needed. They could not see him for another 2 1/2 hours. We basically drove to Athens for nothing. My daughter took my grandson in this evening. The PA was incredibly rude and continuously made comments about my 22 month old grandson. A sick child typically will not sit still to be examined. My daughter is pregnant and cried due to the unprofessional behavior of the PA. The reason they chose Integrity is due to insurance. My family will never recommend this facility to anyone!

Don’t go here! People are very rude and don’t want to listen to the actual problem. Took one thing and ran with it when that wasn’t even the issue! Took them over 5 minutes to even greet me.

RecommendedY'all didn't do my husband right. He was seen & treated there recently for bronchitis. He was only given a steroid shot & cough syrup but not any pills. Cost $75 with our insurance. A few days later he was worse. Called & his doctor was going to call him steroid pills in to our pharmacy. They weren't called in though. So, I called y'all the next day about it.
