I went in Friday, October 20, 2023. I saw Matt Benodin-PA I checked in stating I was running 103 temperature over night. I knew I was sick. he asked me if I had vonlmiting and diarrhea and I said no, but I thought I was nauseated from having fever. After a negative Coivd/Flu test, he told me to take Ibuprofen to keep fever down. Diagnosis was Gastroenteritis. Saturday, I was in E.R. with discolored leg and sharp pain. The most absolutely incompetent front desk person you could imagine. I proactively let them know my insurance plan had changed since the last time I had been in and that I only had a temporary ID card that had been sent to me straight from insurance. I show her what I have which has a full group number, ID number, and all the info verifying my plan (which has been more than enough for every other doctors visit I’ve had recently) and the front desk girl was quick to tell me “uhm not gonna work” - I let her know this was what ... read more

I went here for a pre employment drug screen. The nurse said my urine had no temperature & she called my employer & said I manipulated my drug test I’m almost 50 years old & have no idea how to manipulate a drug test She was terrible & I would NEVER recommend them

Came in for the 1st time with a sinus infection that I’ve had for a week now and explained that I have one every spring like clockwork and asked for a sinus cocktail shot and a shot of rocephin, as this always works SO WELL for me every year, instantly. I usually have to refrain from doing cartwheels on my way out of the office they work so fast and well . This company advertises self pay rate as $125 for an office visit. I called twice to ensure that was the cost and made an appointment for the next day. After completing all paperwork and signing in they informed me that it would actually be $350 for the office visit. I had to return home and begin a new search for a medical provider and this caused a delay in treatment that I seriously needed (possible concussion included). A heavy tractor hood fell on my hand,boss took me to Integrity "Urgent" Care. I sat in the waiting room for almost two hours, there was nobody else with a painful emergency injury, but I still waited until very last. Never saw a real doctor, just a physician's assistant. No broken bones but he said that I would be in pain for several days or more. My boss said "he's obviously in bad pain, give him something for it!" Horrible experience. You’re better off going to ER. I wouldn’t wish anyone being treated by Brandi Stewart. Unprofessional, uncaring, zero empathy, narcissistic, non ethical, and worst bedside manner
