Absolutely terrible! Came in with abscess tooth, half my face severely swollen. And while I realize they are not dentist the joke of NP Jacob Olive told me to take Tylenol for the pain! Hot garbage!

I tried this place in Kaufman Tx and the receptionist at front desk was rude and lied about multiple things. My birthdate was on both me and my wife profile…she couldn’t fix it. We were supposed to be seen at 8:04 am. She sent me another text and ask me to resubmit my wife’s info. When I done this it said I would be canceling our appointments and rescheduling for 5pm. I did not hit the submit button and turned my phone toward her to show her what it said and she reached up and hit the submit button on my phone and said it wo... read more

I took my 6 month old in after she had contracted RSV and her symptoms only improved for a few days to be followed by more coughing, fever, and congestion. I got told that they thought it could be a number of things including pneumonia but my infant received absolutely no treatment. we were told to contact our pediatrician Monday. how a np or doctor could say they believed an infant to have pneumonia or bronchitis and refuse treatment options or at least refer to the ER is beyond me. even after testing for covid and testing ... read more
I do not recommend this place my mother in law went and they did nothing to help her and didn’t give her any meds or any paper work

Service was fine but don’t bother waiting for an appointment time. Walk ins go in que with the same timing. It was a two hour wait to see a doctor this afternoon so would have gone in earlier or found somewhere else had we known. The front desk kept telling people she didn’t know how long the wait would be which is rude. PS. It was two hours from 2-4:30 today.

Don’t bother waiting for appointment, just walk in. All are treated same as far as timing to be seen. One 1/2 hours and still waiting….with appointment. Wish we had known as we would have shown up earlier.

My 15 year old son was having trouble breathing. He was refused treatment over $35 that I asked to pay on Friday on payday.
Made appt online, checked in online. Was asked for my current ID which I did not have they canceled my appt but billed my insurance when I never saw a Dr nor was treated for my illness.
