Came in yesterday morning with extremely noticeable abdominal pain. Told them what I expected was the issue. Yet, They didn’t tell us they couldn’t run the needed tests here. Nope they proceeded to take my husband back, checked his temp and and gave him a water bottle. The nurse could see the extreme pain He was in. My sister went because she was in acute pain. They turned her away because she did not check in online. And they were not taking any walk in’s. 😡. If they don’t take walk in’s then don’t put it on the door!!!! And what if you had no way to sign in online or didn’t know how!!!!! They say and act like they care. Deceptive business practices. They seem to practice insurance fraud in their Greenville Texas office. Reading their google reviews it’s apparent they regularly have patients pay out of network fees even when shown that they are in network. I work at the largest employer in the area and we all have the same insurance. How many people have been robbed? Corporate needs to look into this. I went in Friday, October 20, 2023. I saw Matt Benodin-PA I checked in stating I was running 103 temperature over night. I knew I was sick. he asked me if I had vonlmiting and diarrhea and I said no, but I thought I was nauseated from having fever. After a negative Coivd/Flu test, he told me to take Ibuprofen to keep fever down. Diagnosis was Gastroenteritis. Saturday, I was in E.R. with discolored leg and sharp pain. The most absolutely incompetent front desk person you could imagine. I proactively let them know my insurance plan had changed since the last time I had been in and that I only had a temporary ID card that had been sent to me straight from insurance. I went here for a pre employment drug screen. The nurse said my urine had no temperature & she called my employer & said I manipulated my drug test I’m almost 50 years old & have no idea how to manipulate a drug test She was terrible & I would NEVER recommend them
