RecommendedDon’t bother waiting for appointment, just walk in. All are treated same as far as timing to be seen. One 1/2 hours and still waiting….with appointment. Wish we had known as we would have shown up earlier.

My 15 year old son was having trouble breathing. He was refused treatment over $35 that I asked to pay on Friday on payday.
Made appt online, checked in online. Was asked for my current ID which I did not have they canceled my appt but billed my insurance when I never saw a Dr nor was treated for my illness.

I have a bad case of swimmers ear. I was wanting to get an oral antibiotic for it but instead they gave me ear drops antibiotics. Long story short it made it worse and I went completely deaf in my ear that was bothering me. I went to Harker Heights Express ER and was able to get the oral antibiotic because you couldn’t even see my ear drum and since it was late, none of the pharmacies are open to fill the prescription. So, I get to have a good while before I get my antibiotic and suffer with no hearing in my right ear.
My girlfriend asked me to post this on her behalf,. "As a 75 year female, I have a concern about the safety afforded to elderly patients. I went in to get examined, and I was asked to climb on an examination table without having the convenience of a step stool. When I questioned this, I was told to use a chair to climb on the table. The provider had to hold my hand in order for me to climb on the chair to actually get on the table. went in with an eye problem been there before good service however this time they ask for id id was not current, so they turned me away. no problem one week later I get a bill for office visit

don't bother making an appointment, it means nothing, the wait is still unbearable and people that come in after you get called back first. I sat there an hour and a half, and I had an " Appointment ". Why bother making one if IT means nothing.
