Dr Santos and his nurse always do a great job
Unfortunately things are different due to COVID-19 and that is completely understandable. But what isn’t acceptable is showing up to an appointment only to be told that we could only have one parent there. And the biggest mistake was the front desk personnel telling me that they called to inform me of this change the day before when the only call I received was an automated message confirming my appointment time. This office was able to get my daughter in for an appointment very quickly. The office is very clean and tidy and the staff is friendly as well. Dr. Rafferty was very professional and stopped and talked to my three-year-old as if she were a person not just a kid. He answered her questions and was very polite. I was impressed with him as well as the staff. We will be seeing him on a regular basis now.
