I was there for Covid vaccine, on March 6th at 11am. All is well except the guard was rude and his voice was sort of mad. First he told me I was early; to wait outside; and come in at 5 minutes to 11. So I did, he again told me to go outside and he will call me. It was 11:07am when I finally went in because he never got me. When I told him if I could check in, he said I was late. Since 2006, I have always been well taken care of by the Dr's there.
It’s just an urgent care that workers seemed not to care to sick people but just work. No empathy or what do ever from receptionist to the doctor.
They said there gonna give me prescription and then it was never sent.the check up was for nothing they took my money and the reason I went was for a serious reason my blood pressure was higher than 200/100 and for them to fail to send prescription isn't tolerated especially when it's for something serious.
