So frustrated. We have been going to iron mountain hot springs Since they opened. And I love them and have directed so many people their direction. But every time we have gone their prices have gotten more and more steep. They started with a amazing locals deal that was like 14 bucks for an evening soak. And every time the price creeped up a few dollars. We just went to soak tonight and they wanted $50 for 2 people for less then 2 hours. This just seems beyond ridiculous. We turned around and left. We were on vacation and had our dogs with us. We tied our dogs to the car with water. The manager, Cole, called us on the PA system and then called the police. The police talked to us and said Cole was being over sensitive. Cole then said we had to leave but refused to give us a refund. We told him we were headed to Alaska and a voucher was worthless to us but he stood fast. If I'm ever back in Glenwood I'll go to the old hot springs. Worst costumer service ever!!!
What is the deal with having to sign a waiver? Was certainly surprised by it...felt awkward & invasive.

Really only have one complaint. The music is awful. Waaaay to loud and dramatic for the setting. I couldn't relax! The gentle hum of conversation, and the trickle of the water would be much more relaxing. The lights were a bit bright durning the evening hours when we were there too, couldn't really see the stars. Other than that, I really enjoyed it.
The facility is very nice however it's not completely family friendly. Took our 3 year old and we had to deal with people drinking in the family pool.
