I wish I saw the sign that told where young kids were not allowed & allowed sooner, picked a nice relaxing grass area & 5 minutes later kids screaming all over the place. Then they play nice relaxing music in the whole area but the guy 10 feet from us was playing his music and it was not great so I wish they would tell people they cannot do that. The prices for food are to high. When we came back later in the day we went on the side with all the Smallpools and no kids & really enjoyed the evening.

The views during the sunset we're very pretty and it was a clean Hot Springs for the most part. Some downfalls are there were small children in the adult-only side. There also was some chewed-up something in the rock landscape next to tub's and the tub's could use some cleaning. The steps were not very well marked causing some toes to get stub.

I have mixed reviews. We enjoyed the hot spring pools, the cool pool and traditional hot tub. Facilities were clean, etc... However, our experience with the front desk individual (older woman with short dark hair) was less than disappointing and such a turn off. She was hell bent on not offering the advertised 10% military discount to a family member who is an Army reservist (and veteran who was deployed to Afghanistan recently and will be again soon) on the basis that he was purchasing a combined ticket for the gondola/cave... read more
It's a really nice spot, but the price hike has turned me off. Bring back the locals discount!!
So frustrated. We have been going to iron mountain hot springs Since they opened. And I love them and have directed so many people their direction. But every time we have gone their prices have gotten more and more steep. They started with a amazing locals deal that was like 14 bucks for an evening soak. And every time the price creeped up a few dollars. We just went to soak tonight and they wanted $50 for 2 people for less then 2 hours. This just seems beyond ridiculous. We turned around and left. And I will not be going t... read more
