Hotel was awesome. The dog next door barked all night. Casino guard was a jerk. We didn’t have our ID but did have our room key. He made us go back to our room to get IDs and then didn’t even look at them when we came back. He just looked at us with a condescending smirk.
We asked for a non smoking room and we got a room that stunk badly like smoke or something worse. Asked for a different room they refused to give us one. Asked for a refund they say that we would have to go through Orbitz! Will never stay there again and wouldn’t recommend

Room was non smoking but had been a smoking floor for twenty years. It stunk. Housekeeping never came, garbage piled up in the hallway and by the elevators. Disgusting. Always had to ask for coffee, towels, and such. Won't go back.

The shower in our room was a three stream trickle. Then, we discovered that the toilet would not fill back up with water in the tank so in order to flush we had to fill up the back of the tank with cups of water. When I went to the front desk to let them know they did not send anyone to fix it. We were told in the morning they could comp our stay but then said that they could not because we booked with a third party, we are hoping Expedia can make it right!
