The rooms never feel really clean. The vinyl was peeling off the two armchairs. We received one towel, one hand towel and one facecloth each for a three day stay. The trash was never emptied and the room never attended to. The newer North tower (you pay extra for) is just as neglected as the old South Tower now and I can't understand the price difference. Not nearly as nice as other casinos in the area. We found ourselves going elsewhere and only coming back to sleep. Disappointed!

Room was great it was the entrance staff at the casino. I won’t be staying here again for sure. She let me in I’m 62 no problem my second son is 26 no problem my third gets carded shows he is coming 24 with a Canadian drivers licence. Never had a problem we have been here every year since he was 21. She then makes him go get his passport and wants us to go back up and get ours. They kicked me off the winning slot machine at 3 am to change a cash box. Made me lose 400 having to get off while i was playing and the machine was hitting

Room was infested with ants and ventilation was not working properly and very load. Front desk personnel stated that they had heard from other guests with same problems. They were unable to offer me compensation because booked through Expedia. Expedia told me that the hotel wouldn’t compensate me so stuck with entire bill for horrible stay. Ridiculous!

The room had a weird smell, the shower was gross, the beds were super uncomfortable and were very low to the ground.
spent two nights at the Isle. the room is very stylish, but the mattress is too soft and the pillows are too squishy.

We arrived early and went through the check in process when they said they have a room ready. But when it came time to sign they said there would be an additional charge for early check in. Nope

Room was ok in N Tower, except the walk in shower, which looked straight outta 1990. Crying for an update. Casino - all dealers at tables utilized (MIssissippi Stud/Ultimate Hold ‘Em) refused to interact. Only thing worse than losing is losing to a dealer with zero personality. Final note: Sports Book didn’t even have Thursday Night Football game on Prime! Actually had two bad college teams showing.
