Arrived to room and found the toilet clogged. Next morning the same issue. It took an hour for them to respond. Maintenance attempted clean out and said it was cleaned out. Same clogged toilet 10 minutes later. The room looked as if they cleaned up the shower, bed and by the look of the dust by the side of the bed they did not vacuum.

Rooms weren’t very clean and stuck like smoke
They wouldn’t let me check in because I didn’t have a physical ID. I did have a picture of it on my phone as well as the confirmation number
The staff was horrible and impatient with us.
Every person we ran into as far as staff was rude, with the huge golf event going on they should have had more staff in the building. Restaurants food was ok but the staff was a absolute joke, place wreaked of smoke even though they say it is a smoke free building. Only had hot water in our room so taking a shower meant burning your skin, over all the worst hotel we have ever stayed at

I don’t appreciate toothpaste, splatters on the mirror a stranger‘s phone case on the end table, no handsoap bars in the shower or bathroo, pubic hairs all over the bathroom, disgusting.

Be aware I was told that I would only have to pay 29.10 when I got their and I ended up paying $100

Asked for 2sets of towels because we were not told we had to let them know we wanted our room cleaned up. We did not get any wash clothes with our towels we got 2 Beth mats instead!
