We stayed for 2 night. I have stayed at hotels for 2+ nights and housekeeping would clean and restock everything every day we stayed, but not here. I had to take our our garbage out so we could have empty garbage cans. Also had to call for more towels, kleenex, and toilet paper. There were more rude staff members than there were nice.

Disappointed ! Friday night we had a fire drill. We had to evacuate at 10:55. There was no explanation, and we waited outside in our Pajamas. Two fire fighters with no lights on walk in and walk out. When we went to our room the smell was in the hallway. To evaquate we used the stairwell. The stairwell from eighth floor was filthy, some kind of poop (human or dog) and blood drippings on some of the wall. Our room was not fresh, bathroom had no air vent, and shower needs a good scrubbing. The people were nice.

Terrible experience It was a terrible experience. After checked in, we found a fly in the room. Then there was a lot of noise coming from the next room. The combined situation prompted us to request to change a room. The front desk lady wasn’t willing to make a change for us. So, we left without staying overnight. Then they initiatively agreed to refund us, then denied to refund us. Even the hotel.com staff have talked to them for a few times. The staff in that hotel is deceitful.

The resturants food wasn't great, the waiter wasnt helpful,and the casino was dark, dreary, smokey, and not what it used to be

Our room had several issues. Food on the map jade, stains on the bedspread, makeup on towels and a used condom in the shower.

Customer and Security response is lacking. The room was clean & bed were comfortable. The customer service was lacking in regards to safety and security. About 3 hours after check in about 6pm, we started to hear so commotion in the hallways. A woman and man were arguing very loudly. I tried to just turn up the tv and distract my small children. They settled and the yelling stopped, for a while. About 830/9pm, it got real loud and concerning, so we called the front desk. We were unsure which room it was coming from & with me... read more

The room wasn’t that clean. I found wrappers, a dirty sock, and a pair of glasses under the bed. The end table with the phone had something sticky and dirty stuck on it. We went to sit in the hot tub and a maintenance guy told us that we had to get out because they were going to clean it after someone had an accident in it. Gross! They to update their pool area and ad some fun things to do at the pool. Maybe a waterslide?
