When businesses try to play the 'politically correct' game, their business suffers. The "mask" is a political tool right now. Businesses that are up to date have signs saying 'Masks are RECOMMENDED' not signs that say 'Masks must be worn'. Being harassed by mask nazi's is ridiculous in a casino where people are smoking, drinking, & eating. Turning employees into little Hitlers harassing customers for drinking coffee without a mask on is just plain...democrat dumb. No wonder this casino is not packed with happy players.

We live out of town and go to Boonville Isle of Capri often, but not often enough since Caesar’s bought them. On the last visit they started charging $10 a night per room. We were there Saturday and had not received our coupons for cash. We checked on that when we got there. We were then informed that you have to go gamble 3 times a month to continue receiving coupons. The coupons were a great incentive and I will not go 3 times a month. Brew Brothers food and service were awesome, but again no coupons!There are other ... read more

Bring your own linens. Our sheets and pillows had matching purple nail polish on them, obviously from the previous guest. The bathtub had a child's charm stuck in the drain. They had no other non smoking rooms and our only other option offered was to change our sheets and stay in our uncleaned room. They had no other comforters and we were given a thin, scratchy blanket instead. Never again.

the bed was old warn out coffee pot was dirty half eaten donut in the night table bed very uncomfortable and low to the floor

Last Friday at around 3pm we went to Brew Brothers for dinner. Service was horrible and we walked out. First when we walked in the hostess (cashier) was regaling a lady standing there with a story about her mother. The hostess looked at us and said she will be with us in a minute and proceeded to continue with her story. When she finally finished she then proceeded to seat us and told us our server's name is Sandy, who also turned out to be the bartender. had fun at the casino but check in time was 3 pm we were 6 min early and they said if u check in early u have to pay 10 extra. a few other guests wasnt happy about it either, i can see if your 2 hrs or more early. plus u pay for food and spend in the casino. so they should not charge u a fee, our rm was dusty and did not find a thermostat for the rm to change temp. it was hot in there we left at 4 am the next day

The King and Cash show that was brought in last night was absolutely amazing! I hope you are able to have them back again soon. I also have to say a HUGE THANKS to the ladies who were working the bar area, which was over by the show. I had an issue arise and needed some assistance and they were more than happy to help!!! I'm sorry I didn't catch your names, but thanks again! I will see you again when Radney is in the house!!!

Tradewinds staff messy, rude& slow. 20 min. for a $6.00 hot dog. I will save the comment regarding the remarks about old people in walkers for the corporate folks from Eldorado.Oh there is more😤
