Really has nothing to do with the hotel just the casino. But we have been going there for over 10 years at least once a month and because we went in and cashed in the coupons for November and December they got mad and won't send anymore oh yes we didn't use our card so they couldn't track us . Just thought I would let you know 😕🙂🙂🙂🙂

I have a good time at the casino but trying to get a room is another story. I called at 4 pm in the afternoon and was disconnected 4 times total. I explained that to a lady named Tammy but she really could have cared less. Such a shame the staff aren't more customer service oriented.

Closing the Buffet is big mistake. Neither me or any of my family will frequent Boonville Isle of Capri because of the closing. Elderly folks, family get togethers and the like is now OUT as there is no other place in Boonville like the IOC Buffet. The busses of elderly busses in to eat and play will cease. I always enjoyed gambling after our family lunch but no more. I’m cancelling my account.
Staff are not friendly, particularly at casino. There is no other bar/lounge option outside of the casino. The food options are very limited. The only sit down restaurant required a reservation. The security staff were very rude and disrespectful to our group (we were part of a banquet) and refused to allow us entry into the casino because the gate man suggested that we appeared “under the influence.” We honestly thought he was kidding. Was here on a company trip and we all had been playing the games. After no one won anything we decided to go to the bar for drinks but I guess drinks are not enough money being spent and was asked to give up our seats so someone could play the game at the bar there was 18 of us staying here

The outcome of the game is displayed as symbols on the face of the game which correlates to the payout table on the front of the game. eating in the market buffet. They really treated my wife and I like we were dirt. made us so embarrassed while we were eating there today at 1pm . I do reviews on Google for places all the time. so I was taking pictures of my food. Security came to our table and demanding to see my phone gallery
