a lot you can't enjoy yourself anymore as the machines are so tight it won't even let you break even I booked a room three weeks in advance 2 queen beds smoking next game the elevator as I go trouble walking towards far I didn't ask for a pet friendly room way down the hall we ended up to no smoking room on first floor the food isn't good anymore I like to come down and relax and enjoy myself and since they are under new management it's terrible heard about lot off complaints quite putting on new machines for being so but mo... read more

The outcome of the game is displayed as symbols on the face of the game which correlates to the payout table on the front of the game. We have been going for years, we really enjoyed it.. We won every once in awhile on slots and really enjoyed playing the 5 dollar black jack table. We have gone over a year without winning on the slots.. We go through hundred dollars a piece in less than 30 minutes without getting a bonus.. They very rarely have a 5 dollar blackjack table and when they do it is full and you have to wait hours for a chair to open. We used to enjoy the buffet but the food is not worth the price they charge.. We would lose all that money, eat ... read more

Tightest slots in the state! And the only casino that doesn’t offer WiFi. Your much better off driving to Kansas City and going to Harrahs or Ameristar.

Just checked in....hair in the shower, sink and on the closet door. Dirty bathroom. Broken fridge. Smh.
I tried to book a room over the phone to be transferred and put on hold as well as lied to about rooms being fully booked”. As I was on hold I got a room reserved through the website just fine. Ive been coming to this particular casino for 9 years and last night was my last time. Had the worst customer service as well as 0 comps considering all the gambling and staying I’ve done over the years and always received something before. My family is in town. I am graduating with my PhD and went to the casino to celebrate with my family. I've gone here for years as a graduate student. Tonight was different. We had a party of 9 and they checked all of our IDs and asked us to state our birth dates (typical) but then asked us to state our ID numbers backwards...
