The food was absolutely disgusting. Raw pork and all they said was awe. Fuck you
Horrible Hotel Experience. Canceled my reservation within seconds of checking in and drove 65 miles back home. Didn’t even go in the casino. Until management learns how to run a customer service based environment, Boonville can burn as far as I’m concerned

So we decided to use the free shuttle on New Year’s Eve this year. BIG MISTAKE!! When the driver picked up there was already a full load! So he put 2 people on the passenger seat to make room. When he did pick us up he did come in the hotel lobby to see if he had riders, common sense. But at the casino we waited over an hour for him and waited. rooms are decent but the buffet could really use some help. honestly food at buffet should be at a better standard for being a casino. staff is friendly

Horrible experience at Tradewinds Marketplace. Waited over 40 minutes for a cheeseburger and fries! Now I know why there were so many people that just left before they received their orders.

My husband and I went to the casino with a large group of friends. When we went to grab everyone their drinks, one of the staff pulled my husband aside and said they “have some questions.” She then asked for his ID and without trouble gave it to her.
