Called 2 weeks ago, they told me they had let it ride in the casino. drove 8 hours from Oklahoma, pit boss says no let it ride. Never going back! ridiculous...let our players cards and went back to our room. guess ameristar in kc will get all our money tommorrow night.

Very nice rooms but other than that this “resort” does not have much to offer, especially with a weekend price tag of over $400 a night. Only one bar and you have to enter a VERY smokey casino to get to it. Very limited hours in the buffet restaurant. No room service that I could tell. No microwaves or a snack shack to purchase anything on your own except a vending machine with some candy bars and bags of chips. The extra $10 “resort” fee per night is a crack up. I am telling Isle of Capri what I think. Like most of the people are saying, we use to go twice a month and now your money is gone in 15 minutes. You all have to see that people are not coming as often,we don't get to play long so we hardly ever go. hope you hear all of us speaking.

After a full day of driving from Denver we found the casino online and decided to spend the night there. During our check in at 7 pm the clerk told us they had a wonderful buffet restaurant and if we registered our email in the casino we could get a free buffet. After snacking on the road all day we figured this would be a treat. After getting ck'd in we went to the car and brought our stuff up to our room. The only reason I was there was for a work meeting that included a free meal. It was almost like they bent over backwards for the company to put out a good meal. I was however very disappointed with the bar service. I know the company pays for everything, but $5 for a mixed drink that had so little of what was supposed to be jim beam (not sure what it was, but damn sure wasn't Beam) in it, (JB & 7up) that the drink was clear was very disappointing. We agree with the others dead on !!! Out of the last ten times of going our money is lost super fast and bonuses never show up and when they do there very small wins. Unbelievable !!!!!!! Social media can kill a business You might want to think about that !
