The room was not the best and bathroom has no soap and inside toilet looks terrible.
Never stay again We asked for non smoking and wanted a close together room. Service no one told us they had carts for our luggage and it was a maze to find our room on the very back corner on 2 nd floor. Gave us wrong keey to wrong room and it will down hill from there. We were there for a funeral my father finally had to use wheelchair to just make it to room. He is a heart patient.
The property is older and is in need of renovations. The hotel rooms are completely separate from the casino so when you check-in you have to drive to your room which is an inconvenience if you ask me. Once we were able to find our room(after a long walk with our luggage) the room was filthy. Hair covered the bathroom floor, sink and tub. The carpet was stained in several places. DON'T DO IT !!! Worst hotel experience we've ever had! First, it's located 45 minutes from civilization. There was no cell service! The room wasn't ready at check in time, they left us sitting for 2 hours. The wifi was BROKEN so we were cut off from the outside world for 4 days! There was no fridge for my insulin & the ice machines on our floor were BROKEN. Couldn't go to another floor for ice because the elevator was BROKEN. Ants in our room. Not enough towels. The facility is very old room is not clean condition other rooms with horrible holes in the wall bathroom toilet stopped up no one was able to get it fixed right away until 1 AM room across the hall head flooded lower blower fan blowing to dry the carpet for two days where is hotel experience ever this is the second time that I’ve can a room through Expedia in my experience has been horrible

Room was old and not well kept.. the air conditioning didn’t work correctly. The bed was horrible! I woke up with sore spots from the lumps in it -about every hour.. the vending machines to get water did not work. There is NO WORKING WIFI . The tv has only about 20 channels. No refrigerator in room. Carpet felt nasty.. I would never stay here again!!
