I have just had knee replacement surgery. They placed us at the fartherest loint on the property they could find. When I told the girl checking us in that I needed something closer that I could not walk that far she said sorry to bad. Then the next morning when I fussed they did not even offer to help with our bags.

Nothing we were robbed we lost over $3000 worth of our stuff. The crooks lived in the hotel

It was old with stained carpets. Loud, you could hear everyone around you. They double charged my card and I am waiting to see if it gets fixed.

Rooms are DIRTY PERIOD
Horrible 1 face towel in the bathroom. Had to call maintenance to check the heating. It was cold in the room. The linen on both beds were hanging off the mattresses on the floor. The beds were not made. The comforter were just pulled over the linen. It appear some one had just slept in both beds. The pillows were very uncomfortable. We will not be back
Horrible rooms The First room 2010 they put us in had BIG RED stains all over carpet.I call and complained about stains so we got move to room 2018 went to go use bathroom toilet it was Black stains at bottom of toilet and Yellow ring around inside of toilet. No light bulb in one lamp the light bulb was laying in bathroom the light bulb didn’t work. This is worst experience I’ve ever had in my life .i think I should get my money back. I’m calling corporate also.
The property was horrible. The first room had stains all in the carpet. The second room the tv had a big black spot in the tv and the room smelled stuffy and a bit stinky. The room also did not have any soap nor did the rooms have liners in the trash can. For the price of the room the hotel should have also provided complimentary breakfast. I dropped my cellphone on the floor and when I picked it up my phone was covered in dust. This was very disgusting. This goes to show that the room had not been vacuumed in quit sometime.... read more

We had to change rooms cause the smoking rooms smelled horrible and was really clean and the tv had snow flakes but the front desk person was really nice about everything
