Room was Dorothy Housekeeping knocking on door at 9am when check out is at 12 noon No heat no hot water
Shower knob stripped. Profanity and general uncleanliness in public restroom. Pool closed. No ashtrays in smoking room. Decaf coffee only. No breakfast. Short in cable TV that could cause seizures.

Quality of rooms have gone down! I was really disappointed with Isle of Capri in Tunica, MS. The first non-smoking room they gave us smelled of smoke and wet animal. The desk clerk did apologize and without hesitation gave us a second room. That room smelled of paint or an oil. It wasn’t as bad as the 1st room but still emitted an order. Thank goodness I always bring air refreshments. Secondly the hotel buffet food was terrible. Felt we wasted our money on the entire weekend.
Bad water Water from shower and fauset was brown. I couldnt shower the two days there.
Didn't stay there because the clerk at the counter was rude and disrespectful

No thank you There was a roach crawling in the bathroom floor. The ice machine has mold growing in it where the ice comes out. There was a cheeto in the floor when we got into the room. It just had a dirty feeling to it
Not a good place to stay The staff were all very nice but the room was not. We killed several roaches and had to empty our luggage and shake out everything to make sure we didn’t take any with us! The heat didn’t work and it was very cold in the room, also the toilet was loose from the floor and wobbled
