No hot water. Spider in bathtub. Dead bugs in room and bathroom. Won’t be back
Needs a make over. Water pressure in shower was great!!

In the DARK!! Call made rev. through Hotel.com made a request asking for a room close in distance to the door entrance and booked a room on the coral reef side first floor and as usually what did I get a room almost in the back of a totally different building on the second floor and the doggone lights did not work had to use the bathroom light until we were able to get one out of three lamps to come on. We use this hotel because it's close to family and to spend time with our Grand children just a over night stay. The sad pa... read more
Did not enjoy the hotal it was my wedding night It don't have any Heat in the room at all and the sevice was not what I like and I will not book with this one anymore

Bed Bugs I was not please at all bed bug was move to another room wasn't given a new key I was very disappointed with the room especially with the bugs.
