Avoid this hotel if you like amenities! The only thing nice about the hotel was that it was quiet because no one was staying there. Room had no amenities. No fridge, no ironing board, no microwave. There was also a mysterious stain on the floor. WiFi was horrible....couldn’t even check email! I toughed it out since there was no other hotel around. Won’t be staying again!!
Horrible customer service This hotel needs updating & the staff is not friendly. We ate dinner there & the staff was so rude. The food was terrible.& I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

Not what I was expecting We wanted to get away for one night during the Memorial Day Weekend, and I was expecting a little bit more of "wow factor" from the hotel. When we first arrived at the front desk to check-in, there were 3 people standing at the desk, but only one girl was working apparently. We stood there in line while the other two people continued their personal conversation. The room was clean, but it did smell a bit like smoke although it was a non-smoking room. Smokers rooms are about a quarter mile from everything in the apparently oldest wing of this hotel. They are so far away, the wifi was unusable. Maybe if you don't ask for a smoking room, you won't be exiled so far from the smokey casino. Casino was so so.

Disgusting The plunger to start the shower was so corroded it wouldn’t move. That didn’t happen overnight. With that knowledge you still rented the room. Disgusting!! Plus the elevator with exposed wiring on the panel and tge way it vibrated was unnerving.
