Mike was nothing short of phenomenal from day one. He was always friendly, returned my calls, and was proactive in helping me. I had double booked online when I signed up for a unit and he made it so easy to get my refund for the double payment. He’s always in a good mood. I would do business again here in a heartbeat. Also, I don’t leave reviews as most of the time service just isn’t worth it, but this time it is!

He answered all of my questions and was very polite and did everything with the smile! I am very satisfied with Hai storage customer service, setting an appointment, and arranging for my move-in. The manager Cordarious is a awesome person. If you have any issues with your unit all you have to do is speak with him and explain your situation and he will work with you. Also the property is always presentable.
