Only because Tommy Gardner was so great am I writing this review. I went in to get a storage. I wasn't having the best day, because I am going through a divorce ()hence the reason for the storage). He was so polite and helpful. His voice makes you want to keep him talking. When he showed me the storage it had a little bit of trash in there and he promised he would clean it out. Great experience renting a unit today. Paul was patient and helpful. I was reluctant to rent here due to reviews about rent being raised often. We will see. I was happy to see a live person to help with my needs. Most other storage companies require you to rent on-line without the ability to ask questions. So far I am happy with my decision. Well done and good job, Paul.

My husband and I were verY disappointed with the office personnel we encountered when looking for a storage facility last week. Then we met Regina and she was a breath of fresh air. She politely answered all of our questions and provided price quotes to rent a unit. We won’t go anywhere else. Thank you for your assistance

Wow! The property manager here- Gigi Pastor- was amazing! Superb multitasker- had 2 customers in line and one on the telephone and managed us all without any issues and in very quick time. This business is very lucky to have her!!
