Rented a storage space online. Traveled 2 hours the next day to secure storage unit and move items into storage. The Computer system locked up some how and did not take my reservation. Rene, the manager from the Alcoa storage facility figure out the problem while covering for a coworker at the Friendsville facility. I appreciated Renes' hard work and "I'll figure this out" attitude. Thanks Rene!

This place is GREAT! Rebecca and Nicki are both super sweet and very helpful!!! It's so nice to have such great customer service these days! I've had a unit here since 2017 and would highly recommend this location if anyone is in need of storage unit. It is VERY CLEAN!
