Easy setup, fees are straightforward and trading interface simple and effective. Great way to grow your crypto investments tax-free in a Roth IRA. I don't wish to share my real name here but I am a real customer, this review is legitimate.
Great company. If you are making a move there ( as are many many people ) remember it takes some time to set up and move accounts.
I found I-Trust Capital endorsed by many of the Popular You Tube Crypto channels. The more I researched I-Trust the more advantages were brought to light than disadvantages. If this is what I-trust has to offer today I can’t wait, to see what happens in one, five or even ten years from now. I will see you when I am a millionaire or even multi millionaire I hope in less than five years of predictions go as planned. Thank you I-Trust.
So far my experience with iTrust has been great. Very good communication. The process from their side of things is very fast and efficient. The $30 per month fee is a bit high but I hope that in time, as the space gets more competitive, they will work to keep the expenses down. On the flip side they seem to be the most cost efficient company to offer crypto in an IRA product and they also provide high security custodial services with Coinbase/Curv which is a nice bonus. I love the idea and ability to get crypto and precious metals in the amounts I specify in a retirement fund. Customer service has been great and quick to respond, even while very busy. Transferring an existing IRA was easy and quick. I would like to see more features though added to this website. One VERY convenient feature would be the ability to link an account and have funds deposited on a regular basis, just like your fees are automatically deducted from a linked account. The customer service is great. Working at getting a few things figured out with the current custodian I am with and the I Trust rep has been extremely helpful and proactive. Excited to be partnering with this team.
I'm glad to be able to transfer from my 401k, tax free, penalty free, in an effort to diversify my retirement portfolio. Cryptocurrency is a great hedge against inflation, as well as a great way to get a portion of your portfolio into a great newer asset class. I'm a 60 year old, retired guy, who's in this asset for the next 20 years. Highly recommend ITrustCapital!
I wanted to speak to a human before trusting this company, even though I had only read good reviews through BBB and other tools... Shawn was great, and answered all my questions. Funding was smooth and I was pleasantly surprised to see it was again the same person responding in emails letting me know on next steps. Way better experience than Fidelity and other companies!
