Romeo can help! I called to verify wiring instructions to I trust Capital (from Schwab), but was informed that the transfer needs to be initiated through my account at iTrust. Romeo waited until I logged in to my account and explained the steps I needed to take. It only took a minute or two, but he was very patient and helpful. Many thanks!
