I rolled over my self-directed Roth IRA (from Vanguard, which is a great place to have a Roth IRA, btw) without any trouble at all. Here are some things that I noted about iTrustCapital.... 1) It costs $30/month 2) In addition to the trading fees, there also appears to be a huge spread. For example, you buy coins at a much higher price on iTrust than you would on say, for example, Binance.us. A Good Value and smart investment.
Very easy process to rollover my IRA from one of the big brokerage companies.Danielle was outstanding with her quick response and instructions to make it go smoothly and efficiently. Couldn’t ask for better customer service and site is easy to navigate and make selections that I couldn’t get from my previous IRA provider.

I have used iTrust and Bitcoin IRA. I prefer iTrust because they are straightforward, honest and have excellent communication and customer service. Fees are extremely reasonable with iTrust. I don't think either one is fully insured in the event of a hack but such is the crypto world. Zach in customer service was extremely helpful and efficient.
Dependable. I had my first strange encounter on my account, so I emailed ITrust my concerns and in very short order had my answer and problem corrected and explained.
Customer service follow through is excellent with the help of Daniel. Rollover was easy. They are adding new cryptos and buying/selling couldn’t be any easier.
No complaints. Suggest adding BSV and others as you can. Need more options.
iTrust was quick & efficient in establishing my SEP IRA account. The trading execution has been superb.
