I moved a portion of my assets over to iTrust 4 months ago. I find the trading platform to be easy to navigate and making investments fast and easy. I am moving a second injection into the crypto market currently. The only challenge I have faced is timely access to iTrust personnel. Given their growth in the past 6 months it is understandable. Jared spoke with me early in my desire to move my IRA. Everything he said is true. Including the timeline (3weeks). Extremely happy, and I was a hard sell. I had my IRA with Lear Capital- Crypto shot up- I made $$ but they were stealing from me, I just couldnt prove it, you cant decipher the statements, they stole About $150,000 from me, just in showing a "devaluation of assets" but the total loss is more. I really enjoy itrust. The monthly fees are very reasonable. The trading fees are reasonable. It would be nice if we did not have to pay the fee on every sale and purchase, but I understand. The customer service has been very good. They have worked with me to process wire transfers expeditiously. They have responded to my questions on new coins coming to the platform.
