I had a scare... in that hackers changed the password on my email account, and then used that to change my password at iTrustCapital. I was unable to get into my email or iTrustCapital and concerned about my funds. After I messaged on the website, Grant did a great job contacting me in the morning, assuring me the hackers were unable to liquidate or transfer my funds, and walking me through changing my email address and password, in order to re-establish account access. Very thankful!
I appreciated how streamlined the application and funding process was compared to other IRAs I've tried. I like the availability of several high cap cryptocurrency options including Cardano (ADA). Since I only intend to do occasional rebalancing of my holdings, the low fixed maintenance fee and 1% trade fees works well for me.

I had some questions regarding funding my account and taxes. It took a little over a week for them to get ahold of me but the process was smooth and Felipe was fantastic! He helped answer all of my questions and left me very satisfied with the service.
Great so far, I would like to be able to add funds cheaper and faster than a wire transfer and mailing a paper check.
I love my Roth IRA! I never felt that way before I opened a crypto IRA with itrustcapital. It's easy to navigate.
